Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before engaging in business with AlvinHair. These terms govern all commercial relationships between AlvinHair and our clients.

Scope of Cooperation
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all business transactions between AlvinHair ("Manufacturer," "We," "Us," or "Our") and the Client ("Buyer," "You," or "Your"), including but not limited to:
- Purchase of standard hair extension products (Machine Weft, Hand-Tied Weft, Tape-Ins, I-Tip, U-Tip, Clip-Ins, etc.)
- OEM/ODM customization services (custom colors, packaging, branding)
- Wholesale and bulk orders for salons, distributors, and brand owners
- International shipping to USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and other regions
By placing an order or engaging in any commercial activity with AlvinHair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Order Rules
2.1 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Standard MOQ varies by product type:
- Standard Products: 50-100 pieces per SKU
- Custom Colors/Textures: 200+ pieces per specification
- OEM/ODM Projects: Subject to negotiation based on complexity
We reserve the right to adjust MOQ based on material availability and production capacity.
2.2 Payment Terms
- New Clients: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment
- Established Clients: Payment terms may be negotiated (e.g., 50/50 or Net 30)
- Accepted Methods: Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal (fees apply), Western Union, or Alipay
- Currency: USD or EUR
Orders will not proceed to production until the deposit is received. Final shipment requires full payment clearance.
2.3 Production & Delivery Lead Time
- Standard Stock Items: 3-7 business days
- Custom Orders: 15-30 business days (depending on complexity)
- OEM/ODM Projects: 30-45 business days
- Shipping Time: 5-15 business days (varies by destination and method)
Lead times are estimates and may be affected by raw material availability, production volume, or force majeure events.
Customization Terms
3.1 Sampling & Development Fee
- Sample production fee: $50-$200 per sample (depending on complexity)
- Sample fee is refundable upon bulk order confirmation (MOQ applies)
- Sample production time: 7-15 business days
- Shipping costs are borne by the Client
Samples remain the property of AlvinHair unless purchased. Approved samples serve as the quality standard for bulk production.
3.2 Mold & Tooling Ownership
For custom packaging, tools, or specialized production equipment:
- Tooling/mold fees are paid by the Client and are non-refundable
- Ownership: Molds/tools remain the property of AlvinHair but are reserved exclusively for the Client's orders
- Molds are stored for up to 2 years after the last order; storage beyond this period is subject to negotiation
- Clients may request mold transfer upon payment of additional handling fees
3.3 Intellectual Property
All custom designs, logos, and branding provided by the Client remain the Client's intellectual property. AlvinHair agrees not to reproduce or sell these designs to third parties without written consent.
Quality Assurance & After-Sales Service
4.1 Quality Inspection
- All products undergo strict internal QC before shipment
- Clients may request third-party inspection (costs borne by Client)
- Inspection must be arranged before shipment; post-shipment inspections are not accepted as grounds for claims
4.2 Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all products meet the following standards:
- 100% human hair (Russian, Mongolian, Chinese Virgin Cuticle, or Indian Remy)
- Double Drawn thickness standard
- Virgin Cuticle Hair with natural matte color and full, healthy cuticles
- Expected lifespan: 1-3 years with proper care
Defect Rate Tolerance: Up to 2% defect rate is considered acceptable in the industry. Claims exceeding this threshold will be reviewed case-by-case.
4.3 Claims & Returns
Eligible Claims:
- Manufacturing defects (shedding, tangling, color mismatch)
- Wrong items shipped
- Quantity discrepancies
Claim Procedure:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
- Provide photographic/video evidence and detailed description
- Defective products must be returned for inspection (return shipping arranged by AlvinHair for valid claims)
Resolution Options:
- Replacement of defective products
- Partial refund (based on defect severity)
- Credit toward future orders
Non-Eligible Claims:
- Damage caused by improper use, styling, or storage
- Color fading due to chemical processing or UV exposure
- Claims submitted after 7-day window
- Products used or resold to end consumers
Liability & Dispute Resolution
5.1 Breach of Contract
By Client:
- Failure to pay deposit or balance: Order will be suspended or canceled; deposit is non-refundable
- Refusal to accept goods without valid reason: Client is liable for storage and reshipping costs
By AlvinHair:
- Failure to deliver within agreed timeframe (excluding force majeure): Client may request partial refund or expedited production
- Delivery of non-conforming goods: AlvinHair will cover replacement and reshipping costs
5.2 Limitation of Liability
AlvinHair's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific order in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, business interruption)
- Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events
- Damage or loss during transit (Client should purchase shipping insurance)
5.3 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Step 1: Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
- Step 2: If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation
- Step 3: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of [City/Province], China.
5.4 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions, trade embargoes, or regulatory changes
- Strikes, labor disputes, or supplier failures
The affected party must notify the other party promptly and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.
Important Notice
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between AlvinHair and the Client. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
